Included in my text I told him we were concerned about water damage since we had gotten a lot of heavy rain storms he didn't seem to care. I texted him a photo of the page with the construction information on Septemand stressed that we had already sent this information to him, and all we have gotten were excuses. Jamie gave me the excuse they were having trouble matching the color of our house and asked if I could send the house construction information so he could get the exact color. Novemwe still had not heard from Jamie, so I called him and asked him what the status was of our siding. I got very upset and called to speak with the manager of the company, but instead they had Jamie call me. My husband sent Jamie a photo of the original construction paper work of the house with all the information on September 30, 2020, and Jamie said he would order the piece of siding and when it came in he would have it installed. Jamie asked if we could provide the house information so he could get the name of the color of our siding. The last time my husband called, SeptemJamie said they were having trouble finding the right color to match our house. Jamie rarely called back, but when he did he said they were behind because of covid, then he said the guy that replaces the siding was running behind. Every time my husband called they said they would give Jamie B**** the message. My husband called the company SEVERAL times even to the point that every time he called the women that answered the phone knew exactly who he was and what the call was about. The hole is so high that even with our 10 foot ladder we couldn't get to it to cover it up. After we made the payment we noticed the piece of siding that had a huge hole in it had not been replaced. They replaced our roof on June 25th and said the job was complete, so we made the final payment. Jamie B****, project manager, came out and gave us a quote. June 5,2020 my husband contacted Cornerstone Construction to get a quote to replace our roof and a piece of siding that had been damaged by two terrible hail storms. This order includes a delivery fee to my home. I contacted the supplier on 2/5, who advised that an order has been compiled, dated 1/26, but not placed. At that time, the repairman stated that this is unfortunately going to continue, because we should not have been without a roof for this long. A repairman was called out once, by the company, to caulk the gaps left around the vent pipes. When the shingles were removed, my previously undamaged gutters and fascia were removed or damaged, my siding was damaged in some areas, and the "100% weatherproof underlay" is leaking water into my bathroom, damaging the drywall and paint on the wall adjacent to and behind the tiled shower. He tried to explain that I need to understand that they must consider profit margins, and blamed the issues and delays on "corporate". In the last communication I had with W********, he stated the company was talking to the finance company and trying to prepare a new estimate. As of 2/6, I have been without a roof for 4 weeks. He texted to inform me that their records indicated that they tried to pick up the material from the supplier, but the price at pickup was higher than originally quoted. He heard my grievances and advised that he was speaking with the owner and COO about the issue. On 1/20, C******** called and tried to sell me on a lesser roof with a shorter warranty from a different company-after removing my shingles.Īfter multiple attempts, I was finally able to speak with someone other than C********, Andrew W********. I expressed concern about having my shingles removed prior to having the material to replace them, was assured that the underlay was "100% waterproof" and the metal was ordered and was ready to be delivered. Despite delays and a lack of meaningful communication, a crew showed up on 1/9/21 to remove my shingles. In November, I met with Andrew C********, on 11/29/20, I picked my roof, and on 12/5/20, I signed a contract with the company. After Hurricane Sally damage, I opted for a metal roof.
